A Video
I am in the Houston airport, on my way to visit my friend, Susan & her family.  Before too much time passes, I wanted to share a cute video taken by my brother last weekend.  It's not great quality (it was taken on his cellphone, afterall), and later, I got a better one on my video camera (that I will post later, when my videocamera is in my possession).  But it's definitely worth sharing.  Of course it is, Iliya is in it! :)

Anyway, last Saturday, I had to work a long day (which was very enjoyable, if you can imagine work being such!) and so Iliya got to hang with "the guys" - Nathan and my brother, Christopher.  Nathan's parents also joined in the fun for a little bit.  But I wasn't there, so I just got to hear all about it.

Iliya just adores all of his aunts & uncles...and Christopher is no exception.  He and Iliya got out the big blocks and played in the living room.  Doing all sorts of things with them, including building a wall in front of Iliya's slide for him to demolish as he slid down.  (did that sentence make sense? anyway...)

Iliya also let Christopher build a wall around (and over) him - C asked Iliya to put his hands down by his side and be very still while he built.  Amazingly, Iliya WAS still.  And once the wall went up...well...why don't you just watch this little video.  There's no audio, but I think you can gather that Iliya was really proud of himself for his fun destruction.
