We may or may not ever be able to make an announcement that "we're pregnant"...but we have come to understand that the blessing is the fact that however parenthood happens, it is a miracle! ....... Now we have been home with our precious blessing from Russia since August 2007. Join us on our fun and crazy ride that we call "life with this child of mine."

100,000
Who knew, when I started this blog just for the convenience of updating family and friends in one forum, that just over 2 years later, I'd have 100,000 hits? I know lots of people that reach this number in a lot less time, but I think it's pretty cool that I've finally reached that marker!
I've got a couple of informational posts milling around in my head and just have to find the time to get them down "on paper."
But while I'm getting those in order...in honor of my 100,000th hit, I want to declare another de-lurk day! And the goal is to reach 100 comments on this post. I don't even know if 100 people read my blog anymore - but let's see how far we can get it. So what does "de-lurk" mean? It means to comment on this post - all readers...and especially those that are normally a non-commenter, or a former-commenter! Tell me something about you that I might not know...or just share where you found out about this blog (especially if you haven't shared that before).
I wish I could think of some sort of contest to make it fun, but if I add anything to my plate, I might go insane. But I might do a random drawing and see what cool thing I have to give away to 3 lucky people...IF we make it all the way to 100. :) Incentives!

I think it is so wonderful that all these future parents are able to read your blog and receive some insight to adoption, especially Russian adoption. I love to use your links when I have some free time and go to their sites and read some of their experiences. Who would have thought even ten years ago that this would be possible.
