Finally!!
First, THANKS to everyone for the birthday wishes, yesterday! My inlaws came over for a quick visit yesterday, and then my entire family surprised me last night, with a visit!! I thought it was going to be a pretty low-key day (Nathan had Drill), and then around 2:00, my parents showed up on the doorstep. I ran to the grocery store really quick, while they kept Iliya and when I got home, all of my siblings were also (literally) on the doorstep! Who knew?! Even Nathan didn't know they were coming. We spent some quality time together and then went out to eat before they headed home. The visit was much too short, but very, very nice!

And now, what you have all been waiting for...

Here are the beach pictures for you! As I mentioned, we had a fantastic time...Iliya & Nat probably having the MOST fantastic time of all. We had such fun, playing in the sand, water (until a plethora of jellyfish came out!), and just hanging out. I'm not posting pictures of any of the adults (other than Nathan) playing with Iliya, because I wouldn't want myself in a bathing suit posted for all to see on the internet. And I figure most everyone else is the same way. So that's why I've mostly just included pics of the little boy.

And tomorrow...it's back to the grind. Which will be nice, but a huge change for us, after such a nice week away from responsibility! :)

Melissa,
I would love to know what kind of camera you have, the photos are great! I read your blog almost daily, though I am not a blogger myself. I found your blog thru a friend who also adopted from Russia and love to see the progress. You have a beautiful family!
