To Sarah...
(...and, of course, all the rest of you blog lovers that haven't gone off to some place more exciting)
Since you asked for it, here's a quick video to keep you until my next installment. This weekend, I'm heading out to take engagement photos for my brother and future sister-in-law (!!!) ...so hopefully this will do until I can get back and give you more Iliya goodness.
To set the scene: the other morning, I was getting ready for work and Iliya came in, singing the song featured on the video. He danced around, singing, and was pretty much done with his act when I remembered my phone now has a video feature on it.
So I present to you, Iliya, the traveling minstrel:
As an aside, a couple days ago, at the breakfast table, Iliya looked at Nathan and said, "daddy....someday, I'm going to be an actor." Apropos, don't you think?
This is wonderful! How exciting to hear how wonderfully his speaking and singing abilities are coming along! He is really growing up! Savor every moment.... Blessings to you all, Pam Parker
"When I was very young, most of my childhood heroes wore capes, flew through the air,
or picked up buildings with one arm. They were spectacular and got a lot of attention.
But as I grew, my heroes changed, so that now I can honestly say that anyone who does
anything to help a child is a hero to me."

"The real issue in life is not how many blessings we have, but what we do with our blessings. Some people have many blessings and hoard them. Some have few and give everything away."
