We may or may not ever be able to make an announcement that "we're pregnant"...but we have come to understand that the blessing is the fact that however parenthood happens, it is a miracle! ....... Now we have been home with our precious blessing from Russia since August 2007. Join us on our fun and crazy ride that we call "life with this child of mine."

General Ramblings...
Hello all!!

Well, this afternoon at lunch, I dropped our I-600A form off to be delivered to the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) office in Atlanta. This will probably be one of our longer waits - because we won't get our approval till after our homestudy is complete and we have been recommended to adopt internationally by the homestudy agency. I am still waiting on a call from our homestudy agency - if I haven't heard from them by the end of today, I'm going to call just to be sure that our packet arrived safely!

So...the main thing we are waiting for now is our passports to arrive safely, so we can start all the paperwork that requires a passport number (yep, that's about everything!)! Let's hope & pray that they arrive in our mailbox very soon!!!

One last thing before I close today -- please pray for my dad, David...he will be having a heart catheterization done on Wednesday, and I hope you all will join me in praying for him as he goes through this procedure. He went for stress tests last week, and the test show that he has some sort of blockage somewhere. The heart is one very important, vital part of the human body -- God created us so purposefully -- and so I pray that the doctors can figure out what is causing the problem, and I pray they can fix it so that my dad can live out a very long, healthy life and get to spend TONS of time with his grandchild(ren). So thanks in advance for all the prayers that you will send up for him!!!

Love to you all - and I hope I have some more very good updates SOON!!! :)
